This is important when we are trying manipulate various systems and even our own. It can take subtlety at times, and even counter-intuitive strategy

Warflower you are a fount of information. I imagine you in some dark basement with 20 monitors constantly on the RSS feeds taking the pulse of all the elite dangerous sites. :-) love it!

Apart from it seems to be incorrect for Civil Unrest from what we saw today when doing missions. Donations seemed to be helping the situation (from the influence gained by handing them in and text that goes with them) where as the chart says it doesn't.

I read it as CIVIL UNREST (arrow down) meaning donations help it (as in help the STATE go away), but when in the STATE its a positive down....its convoluted but yes I think all the missions that we are doing are helping.
